The Sorghum Genomics Toolbox: a TERRA collaboration is an international collaboration funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation to develop genomic and phenomic tools for improved breeding in sorghum, and includes regional cyber-physical phenotyping hubs in sub-Saharan Africa and India for remote sensing and imaging with the use of digital devices for in-field data capture.
